Underwater
You're a mermaid
Yet you're a wonder to behold

Reaching the surface
You and I take a few moments to look
all around us
As well as take a few deep breaths
After a minute, you softly whisper something
in my ear
I smile brightly at you
And soon after
We plunge ourselves to the watery depths
once again

Going underwater once more...

Very belated birthday gift for my dear friend randalwolf. While summer is technically over, I wanted a piece of our two characters swimming underwater! I'd like to think Whisper just wanted an excuse to go swimming so she can try and catch some fresh fish to eat, haha
