Go look up Catty B and Tito Lizzardo if you haven't before and just watch some of those videos. I think they're excellent and I appreciate how they strike this really great balance between high-end visual ambitions within a low-budget approach. There's so much visually interesting going on from the character designs, models, and sets while at the same time actually looking like one person or a small studio put it all together.
