a picture based off of the song "Come little Children" a poem by Allan poe used in the movie Hocus Pocus. in the movie there were 3 witches stealing the Soul of innocent Child so they may stay youthfull and "beautiful" forever...
well the same is happening here during the sunset of Halloween. a witch is singin her song to gather more children for her evil deed... this is why we never leave our kid unattended, especially during halloween! >;3

if your talking about tranforming into an animal i forgot.
all i remember were that the witches in that movie hated the children and would always try to find some way to get rid of them. murder taking them you name it, but it didn't seems succeful... but they started a meeting in a hotel in which they got the idea to transform every child into a rat by giving them candy/chocolate. luckily only 2 of the kids transformm into a rat and they stoppe the witch nonetheless
