Maybe a syrphida? But it has better wasp mimicry than any syrphida I have ever seen...

Luckily wasp cannot merge with fly :) I found a similar one some days ago, I will share it soon too.
If you look closely, you can see the details: it is a fly coloured like a wasp. But its antenna is straight, the wasp has an antenna with an "elbow". The mouth is a sucker (like flies), not sharp jaws (wasps).
It has only two wings, and there is a small tear-dropp formed organ above-behind its wings: the residue of second pair of wings, they is for poising the fly.
So it is a fly, that's sure, but with a very fine costume :)
