Since she (somehow) has the captain's full confidence, I doubt it's much.
For a pirate, being a little bit tipsy is just equivalent to having your sea legs, but Mina's been continuing to embody her "character" with a bit too much chutzpah. In any event, somebody help her up before she becomes a tripping hazard.
