So this is the scene where after Rik Describes why he had blocked her out, he describes what her intentions are what he was going through at the time.
He feels as if this is something that he was roped into and had been struggling to get out of but after 10 plus years of struggling to retain his Autonomy he is not resisting her any more.
He does not blame Ronikat for summoning her
Nor does he blame them for rejecting him.
All he knows is he going to show Proxikat as much cooperation as he can.
The symbol by him in the second to the last panel is the one used in chess notation for a forced move.
That having been said I take full responsibility for my actions. I blame no one.
