Akio’s having an AWFUL time

He’s in a bit of a complicated position as the not-official med—he’s a med school dropout who has history with Tsurumi. He was persuaded to join the 7th for *reasons* and finished officer school around the same time Kioto did. Koito treats him like an underling even though they’re the same rank, LOL
Akio doesn’t wear green and is officially listed under Infantry, but does a lot of nursing-adjacent work since he has the experience.
