The writing on this isn't as good as WoT's (I'm reading these in reverse order, of course... well, I guess the story shows its olderness), but you do a very good job in describing everyone, and you did well to include manner as well as physical description. The ending feels rushed; it's pretty obvious the big guy is Uno, but the leap of logic for the coach happens far too quickly. I didn't really get a sense of menace from Uno, mostly because I either don't know who/what he is or what his motives are. I think some expansion of the latter half of the story would be in order.

I think I should have more recognition from the Coach, because you're probably right as to the Coach's leap of logic.

It's an easy motive. Uno is a sociopath, and he's fortunate enough to be a powerhouse, much to the unfortune of others.
