In the past, there was a calculating criminal known simply as "Billie." His string of crimes went off without a single hitch, his methods smooth as silk. No one dared cross this individual, lest they want a bullet with their name on it. Billie's marksmanship with his revolver surpassed even the best snipers, and he could hit targets with his eyes closed. His reputation was the talk of the country back in the day. What people didn't discuss much during his heyday was his fascination with the occult and paranormal. Ghosts, monsters, realms from beyond—he was just as intrigued by these as he was by robbing and causing mayhem.

However, Billie's life was cut short. Despite his successful string of heists and assaults—and all his meticulous planning—Billie's final job ended in failure... or so people thought. For Billie to rob a museum full of ancient relics was completely out of character. His uncharacteristic decision to go out guns blazing for a single artifact left the country questioning his motives. However, this mystery soon faded into obscurity within months.

Though his mortal coil ceased to be, Billie's soul lingers on, thanks to the artifact he obtained—an old mirror. However, it was incomplete, missing its pair. For the artifact to have any effect, someone else must possess the other half.

Fast-forward to today, when Annie touched an old mirror in an abandoned cabin. It sent Billie's soul through it and into Annie's body. Realizing he had possessed someone, Billie seized the opportunity to attack Annie's ghost hunter crew and burn down the cabin before losing control of his human puppet. Though a minor setback, Billie knew that one day, when Annie was at her weakest, he would take full control. It wasn't a matter of how… but when.
