It's really no different than drawing something clean, really. Once the novelty of it wears off, it doesn't feel any different- you still find yourself thinking about anatomy and struggling with hard parts and and all that arty stuff. It's only when you finish that it's suddenly like "Oh right, this is porn!" xD

The main difference that makes smut so fun, I find, is the reactions it gets. There's just something about winding people up that I enjoy immensely :P
