This is my preliminary idea for the kittens. The two boys are on the right, girl on the left.
Boy top right is named: Many paths
The Girl on Left is named: Darkness
The little one is named: Bright Light (BL)
working on personalities. Many paths is melancholy and quite the day dreamer. Darkness has temperament issues but is working on being a refined young Lady whose a bit of a Diva. BL is a late bloomer whose current goals are sleeping and maximizing cuteness. When he's awake he likes to look at books.
Artistic Struggles:
-I really want some hair bangs that are short and look cute ones on Many Paths. I'm having big problems with that.
-I'd like to make longer (more volume) curly hair on Darkness but I don't know how to pull that off.
-I've yet to design a set of clothing, which will come later after I color them first.

That's cute! :D Yeah, regarding what you said in the note, it's sometimes quite a challenge to not just draw a small adult - you have got the proportions right here and they definitely do look like kiddies. The body language is good too, especially the one on the bottom left - she looks like she's having a proper little tantrum! I like how shy Bright Light looks, too. :)
