According to the plot, Kiki was blinded and lost her right arm, but she was given implants made in Kismish. Later in the story, Kiki was severely injured during a battle against the hybrid insect kaiju army led by Scanlalista/Edward Edy. She even lost her jaw. To give her a second life, Moras and Steve found a machine created by the scientist Moralis/Serjo Crazynator. (Why did Moralis make this machine? Dio personally asked him to do it for himself.)

This machine can enhance almost anything, but it’s particularly effective on beings from Lordoterians—a species resembling black symbiotes, like a mass of entities with eyes, each having different anomalous abilities and traits that can change along with their form.

Lord, Kiki, Moras, Dio, Ananti, Titan, DESTRUCTOR, and other children of Lord are these beings. Yes, Kiki is NOT furry! So, when Moras and Steve placed Kiki into this machine, she became stronger, larger, more powerful, and sexier. Her severed arm regrew and became so large that two layers of protective skin burst, (did a penis appear?) her jaw turned metallic, and she gained new abilities. Before Crazynator, Kiki had telekinesis; after the enhancement, she learned to create portals in walls, gained stronger telekinesis, could shoot spikes from her body, and fire laser beams from her eyes.

When Kiki emerged from the Crazynator, Steve said, "What did you do? What is this thing?"
Moras replied, "I don't know, I just pressed random buttons and pulled levers, maxed everything out."
Kiki exclaimed, "I feel... power... and strength!"

After the final battle with Dio, she used up almost all her powers and nearly returned to her original form, but with some changes.
