June 23, 2063 - Founding of TUAC / First official treaty with the Garlesh Empire

After the Earth civilization and that of the Garlesh had largely recovered from the damage left behind by the war against The Conglomerate and with humanity and Zoosapiens managing to put aside their differences to restore their civilization and unite knowledge to create interstellar travel to reach the surface of Titan and more distant worlds, CASE and NASA decided to merge their operations for future interplanetary travel and research on behalf of all the governments of the world and with some guidance and support from the Garlesh.

These in addition to having supported in the reconstruction of the devastated cities and provide support in the first trips wanted to make it clear to the terrestrial civilization that despite the irreparable damage that Shinnok had caused to Earth the rest of the species had no intention of harming them and would gladly support their next step among the stars giving them support if necessary and remain their allies to possible new threats or the unlikely event that the Conglomerate had remnants, so they waited patiently for the terrestrial civilization to finish recovering and put an end to their ambiental and political problems on their own and pay to form such an agreement when they were ready.
