that's incorrect. Copperheads do not travel in pairs. They are semi-social snakes that typically hunt alone but may be seen near each other while basking in the sun, eating, drinking, or courting.

sorta. Mating takes place in both spring and fall.
also, water moccasins, aka cottonmouths, eat other snakes, including smaller cottonmouths. so they would cannibalize each other. they aren't really....friendly

yeah no snake is really "freindly"

idk, ive come across some friendly snakes. and some can be downright "tame"
one just has to remember they are a wild animal and will behave like one in certain settings. caught a wild florida hognose once. nonvenomous snake, likes to act like a cobra and puff itself up, but after a few moments of holding it, it calmed down and just coiled around my hand and was content to sit there. it was friendly, but probably only because I wasnt actively posing it a threat

i used to keep reptiles as pets unfortunately my last snake perished of old age. it was mostly docile but it was not tame

I feel like tame can be a relative term, but I am sorry for your loss.
