I think these days I'd rather go to the YMCA and work myself up to decent shape slowly. ^^

I eat too much. I've gained weight, but my ribs show now.

I wouldn't go that far. I'm an unloader, not an associate.

Unloaders are the hidden little busybodies that are harangued by management and have a nearly 90% turnover rate because we tend to do..well...stocking, carry outs, unloading GM trucks (The only part of the job that is actually ours), grocery trucks, grocery stocking...and all for the munificent bounty of payscale two, and no benefits since it's merely a part-time position. (Though I regularly get overtime.)

Wal-Mart is family, and unloaders are the red-haired stepchildren!

I know what Unloaders do, man, I spent a year as ICS XD Couple of my buddies from work are Unloaders.

Oh! ICS! HAHAHAH Another group that is kept too busy to do their purported jobs!

Nothing personal, I just find it irritating that ICS and Unloaders have to do the same exact things in the store I work at, but ICS gets paid more and they get to LEAVE ON TIME.

Running. With a partner, preferably one of about the same level. Helps a lot to have a partner, otherwise, I have a hell of a time running on my own.

That and walking. Walking is cheaper than driving (by a long shot, thse days), and gets you places more comfortably than running. Plus, easy on the knees. I walk to my radio show, it gives me a good three miles twice a week, on top of running I might manage to do, and the gardening work in the evenings.

But yeah, 'shape' can be challenging, when so many other things are so much more fun.

pudge is good. Skin and bone is no good for skinny boys such as myself. Snuggling works best with something to cuddle with. And feeling bone on bone while making out is not sexy. Trust me, I had that happen with a girl once.
