This is something I’ve been putting off/forgetting about for the longest time. Akuma and Birsha’s reference sheets. I haven’t drawn either of Phantom’s brothers in three years, which is a crazy amount of time. But, with the update of Phantom’s story, I finally was able to get myself to draw Akuma’s ref with Birsha’s currently being a wip. What’s so different about Akuma and Birsha compared to Phantom, is that they both look more like Abaddon. Mostly Akuma, though. I consider the three of them to be sort of like how jaguar cubs work. Phantom is just melanistic while Akuma and Birsha better portray their relation to Abaddon in their markings.

In terms of character, Akuma is by far the most unserious out of the three brothers. He tends to try to rush through his responsibilities if he can, opting to spend his time messing around with Birsha or Phantom if he isn’t busy. He’s fairly good friends with Gaze and likes to give him pointers on pranks. Akuma is also able to get away with speaking to his father more informally a little more. Youngest sibling privileges and what not.

This was the first time I drew him, before I even gave him a ref yet.
