What is hypnosis? This beginner friendly script will help show you what it is. The goal of this script is to take you down to trace, wake you up, bring you back, and then leave you with a nice self trigger for you to take yourself back there whenever you would like.

Even experienced hypnotees will enjoy a nice little drop down into trance. I figured my first file should be one for all skill levels. That way if anyone new wants to experience hypno, I can direct them here.
