Okay, been a while since I updated the main comic but I have been drawing pages and pages that are inked and ready to color. I will be doing two pages at a time like this moving forward. Why? I want to complete this origin arc that I never imagined would be this long or involved. I hope it is evident that Imani is narrating that bottom panel. Razor is not using any powers in this fight, she really is a very tough fighter and would have been a promising fighter if she had not been thrust into life as a supervillain by encountering the suit. Once she had that, normal fights seemed to be a lot less interesting. She is fighting Imani now to kind of get her confidence back after being so devastated by her loss to Pisces. A loss that could have resulted in the loss of her life if a no-powered lioness had not stepped in to save her. Razor is not a complex person but she is dealing with a few complex feelings here.

Contextually seems pretty clear that's Imani's inner monologue. As for Razor, unlike some, she's not evil for evil's sake. Seems she leans more towards "lawful evil"; in it for the kicks but it being more fun to win fair and square, so to speak. Joining the villain group just made getting into more fun fights easier. And, well, seems she's reasonably upfront and honest too.

You can definitely see that it Imani that is narrating what it feel.
And it is interesting to see that Razor is fighting Imani to get her confidence back (it reminds me of situation somewhat similar in a book I read once); I think this also gives more meaning to the fact that she is fighting Imani without her suit (as well to the fact that she may be honest with her promise... for now) ... Razor is already a more experienced and stronger fighter that Imani; using the suit would mean to just increase a advantage that is already big so she is giving Imani a chance... not a big chance, but a chance nevertheless.
