baby Michael and his parents, Nick and Lorie Drey. Foxes aren't very respected, but the classic thick-furred and bright-colored red foxes are the "good ones" to most anthros, and often are the main picks for "respected" careers. Nick is a salesman and accountant for a travel package company, and Lorie is a pediatric nurse. They were not too pleased when their only kit was born with the cross mutation.

Also, another obligatory drawing of Michael and Austin, I adore them very much.

Some other tidbits, Michael's fur took a while to really darken and contrast, for most of his childhood it was very muddy and blended. He also grew freakishly tall very fast- most red foxes never surpass 4 ft 10 (Nick is this height), but Michael was 5 ft 5 by age 12 (roughly his age here). He reaches 5 ft 7 in adulthood- VERY tall for red foxes. It's a weird mutation common with cross foxes, and some other red fox pelt mutations.
