Gotta finish off the collection on Halloween with a simple, classic werewolf transformation.

... wait, I'm not simple. Revising...

A multiple-personality disorder werewolf transformation!

Yeah. Since the guy's mind isn't entirely in one place (not entirely connected, you could say; kinda pushed the theme on this one a bit), the wolf only takes over "most" of his body (and one of his personalities), leaving the guy himself as a sort of helpless dangling halfbody being pulled along for the ride. Not the best way to exist, but at least he can warn people with his constant, ear-splitting screaming as he's yanked around at high vertigo-inducing speeds for a full sleepless night. Or two if it's a blue moon.
