This is a sketch of my character Varia that I did at work today ... because I'm so ethical. I once asked advice from an artist and her tip was to drawn something everyday. Well, it's hard to keep up with that regime when your soul is being pummeled to death. Nevertheless, I try.

By my perspective, given that I had done this without any outside reference save a small one from an anatomy book, maybe I am not doing so bad. BUT IT'S NOT GREAT. And that is why I value feedback.

I'm experimenting a little with this character, testing out what I can or can't do with Varia. I did this sketch while I am still in the middle of reworking another Varia picture in Photoshop.
