So with it being that time to dress up in a costume well time for a story.

It was Halloween Jase was in his closet throwing clothes out. "Nope did that. Did that two years ago." He stops and sees a pink cloak. "This was white wasn't it?" He threw it and it smacked Lobo. "Babe what are you doin?" He asked. "Trying to find a costume." Jase replied. "You mean to tell me the mighty shapeshifting druid has nothing to wear?" Lobo asked looking at the pile. "Lobo I'm serious." Jase whined. "Hey hey hey." Lobo held Jase. "I know how you like to dress up. What did you do last year?" Jase looked at Lobo. "Vampire deer." He replied. Lobo was counting the forms Jase had. "Ok guys I'm heading... Woah what happened here? Did a tornado fly by?" Navy asked. "No Jase did." Lobo replied. "Cant think of a costume." Jase added. "Jase love you but I'm surprised you haven't asked Lobo." Navy said. Jase looked at Lobo. "I mean I have some serums yeah but I don't know how long the effects would be for. Or what they'll even do." Lobo mentions. "No time like the present hmm?" Navy asked. "I got a party to go to. You two be safe if you gonna play mad scientist. Just don't make it scary to where you scare the pants off the kids." He added walking down the hall. Jase looked at Lobo. "I wanna have one of your serums be my costume." He said. Lobo sighed. "Get this room clean and meet me in the basement."

It took some time but Jase cleaned the room and went to the basement to see Lobo in a lab coat. "You know when Navy said mad scientist i didn't think you'd take it literally hun." Jase smiled. Lobo gave a slight laugh. "You both joke." He held a vial and Jase was about to take it. "Ah buh buh." Lobo stopped him. "You can't rush this. If you feel anything out the ordinary I'm injecting you with a serum to put you back to normal you." Jase gave a look. "Lobo its the holiday of out the ordinary. Have a little faith in your work." He took the vial then drank it. "Ok that tastes like cold medicine." Lobo looked at Jase. "How do you feel?" Before Jase could speak his wolf canines fell out and was being replaced by spider fangs. Lobo's mouth was agape and before he could say anything Jase started to slowly grew more eyes. "Ok i know..." He had to get used to speaking with how the spider fangs are. "I know i drank something but I know I'm not drunk." Lobo turned to get a mirror then Jase screamed. When Lobo faced him he started to see Jase's but was reshaping to be a spiders abdomen and the legs were devolving. "I'm stopping this." Lobo went to get the serum but when Jase went to reach out he sprouted an extra set of clawed hand and one shot a web at Lobo. "Lobo make it stop please I wont ask for anything from your serums please!" Jase pleaded. Lobo went to get the injection but the spider arm knocked it away smashing it on the floor. "Jase!?" Lobo asked. "S-sorry trying to get a reign on the instincts and not trying to eat you." Lobo went to grab a blowgun then blew a dart at Jase knocking him out. Jase finished his transformation into a wolf lion drider hybrid with colors remanescet to a chevron trinidad tarantula. When Jase came to. "Ugh my head..." His other eyes opened. "That wasnt a dream was it?" He asked. "Nope but if you want to skip giving candy out." Lobo said. "Let me get used to being this and i'll go upstairs..." Jase groaned. "How long am i gonna be like this?" He asked. "Hopefully not long but let's enjoy that you're better then any Halloween decoration." Lobo nuzzled Jase. They went upstairs to hand out candy to kids and Jase did get some scares in. Parents and kids thought it was a good costume if only they knew.
