Yes, Halloween is almost here so it is a proper fit for one of the villains of Earthworm Jim to have a costume. In this drawing, Evil the Cat is dressing up as a melodrama villain with his black cotton cape and brooch and old silk top hat with a red band and he is also wearing a false mustache that he is currently twirling on to go with his black top hat and his black cape and his bodyguard Henchrat approves with a smile of enthusiasm but is he dressing up for Halloween or is he an actor that is accepting some role in a Vaudeville show and what plays would ask for the good guys' least favorite nemesis in this attire anyway? What would his enemies like Earthworm Jim or Peter Puppy or Princess What's-Her-Name would say? When will he notice a minor setback in his plans like how many customs are obsolete for instance?
