Been seeing other people submit non-furry art work/photography, so here is some of mine from a category I adore :)
This is my 2004 Ford Focus ZX3, one of the best American cars built to this day and by far the best Focus out there. I traded in my 2003 PT Cruiser for this in March as a sort of self b-day gift to me. It is quite fast for it's small engine and the light weight and custom tires make for very incredible cornering, even at high speed. With the traction control on I can easily take a round-about at 50 MPH and faster even in rainy conditions.
I plan to use this car on the weekends at the Kaukauna drag strip near where I live sometime soon in the hopes of making some extra cash. At least, until I can find a nice, older, faster car for the job.

So very true :3 Speaking of which, when I bought this one they had an SVT of the same color and year there, for $3000 extra I could have had 30 extra horses, a five speed manual, an 8 inch subwoofer, ground effex, a wing, and all of that fun extra stuff xP Was a hot car :)
xD The interesting thing is I've never been a huge fan of Ford. In fact, I went to the dealership that had this Focus with the intent to kill time by test driving cars, and then I walked out with a new car.
I still remember spending 4 hours in the negotiation/finance office. It was coming up on closing time and they finally let me take it for $70 less a month than they intended xP

That's a nice focus, though I have to wonder about the people at the drag strip, where you'd make extra cash. is it bracket racing, or are all the "fartcan exhaust, huge wing, nothing else" ricers gathering there. Nothing against your car personally, but as an avid car enthusiast, I can say with relative certainty that the Focus is not the quickest thing ever.
Let's put it this way, a minivan apparently one a couple of seasons ago. It's based on the speed of the car, basically you drag, get your time, your opponent drags, gets his time, then the fastest one has to wait however many seconds before going after the first one went that he is faster--
In basic terms, if you have someone that does 15 seconds and the other guy does 20, the guy who did 20 gets a 5 second head start on the guy who did 15 :P
So it's basically who's got the fastest reaction time and quickest at changing gears.

Well, I don't plan on keeping this car forever, nor do I have the money as a college student to make any significant upgrades :P
I did, however, consider getting the SVT they had there the same time I got the ZX3. 30 more HP, turbo, 5 speed manual, etc, would have been an improvement for $3000 more =/

in the SVT you can get it with a 5.0L motor. oh yea i have a ford 2002 Ranger with a 3.0L motor in it with a racing intake and a high preformance exzost and i have raced it on the highways and have raced corvets and mustangs and pontics new Gto and afew C300's and a volkswagen golf (the big one) and a lot more and won!
Reminds me of my step dad's old truck. He had a 200X Dodge Dakota with a lot of modifications I can't remember, but basically something that was the equivalent of a hemi but a helluva lot lighter and other such mods. He raced a Trans Am and a vette as well. It's so funny to see the reactions of people with muscle cars getting blown away by a muscle truck :P
