You've found every health upgrade and armor boost, you've leveled up all your party members' spells to maximum (even the somewhat-overpowered poison-fireball ability for the secret skunk character; it's obvious why that one was a well-hidden and controversial Easter egg), you've discovered all but one of the hidden weapon upgrades in the game - you'll be getting that last one next - and the third-to-last boss of the game (the last one you encounter before you can access the final lair) just called you "small and vile".
