I got that inspiration from those cute 'lil mushroom critters from Mom and Dad save the world.
That's not a cute little mouth, it's a recessed nose, and the mouth is that crease that could be mistaken for a pudgy double-chin.... open up a few rows of razor sharp teeth and PRESTO!! Instant Nightmare! ^-^
