Halloween is the perfect time for Elvira, and though she seemingly sank under already, well, thanks to Bearsafterbunnies, that’s not quite the end of things yet. ;)

Elvira is well known for that iconic beehive hairdo of hers, and to any quicksand fan the thought of just that beehive sticking up out of a bog is surely a tempting one, and definitely inspired this picture, yet, at the same time I also wanted to see how she’d look in BAB’s style, so,… best of both worlds. ;). I must say, Elvira looks great in BAB’s style, from those long, lovely legs, to her famous chest, to that iconic hair, even that little dagger on her belt, she really looks great. Her posing and depth are brilliant done, you get a great feeling of her floundering and squirming beneath the surface, still not feeling anything solid beneath her feet, no leverage of any kind, as she just keeps sinking deeper, helpless to do anything about it, and from her expression she definitely knows it. That quicksand looks really thick as is squeezes in around her, rippling from her squirming and struggling, with clearly no bottom anywhere in sight, and I love how it seems to get darker the deeper down it goes, and how dress flares out in the sands. Of course, up above, a harmless looking sandy clearing, with a simple warning sign, and Elvira’s beehive sticking up from it, surely a sight that would make any passersby do a double-take. And she better hope that there are some passerby’s that see that beehive before it vanishes. ;). Another marvelous depiction of the Mistress of the Dark.
