Marvin is another protogen who can be found aboard the same ship as Rigby. While Rigby handles the netting, Marvin is in charge of tackle, bait and hooks. You can say he is a Master Baiter. While out in the open seas, he helps pass the time with various songs, stories, and shanties. Occasionally when they lay anchor near a shore but not at a port, he will take a small motor boat out to some choice fishing spots. Marvin has developed a knack for finding them and landing impressive catches. He usually brings Rigby along for company and to teach him about different types of bait, rods, reels, and everything under the sun. Occasionally will his tendrils to land catches or even bait them and leave em hanging over the side of the boat. Puts the tendrils to good use despite their original designed intentions in the past...
