Those are quite the interesting talons. That toes looks pretty long and for a bird, the soles appear to be relativly soft, and the add of rings, stirrups coupled with that red color makes then all the better, plus the delicious wrinkles. They're truly alluring paws.
Those eyes and looks though can be "a little" intimidating or uneasy. If i remember correctly, he is a demon, right?
He looks less bulky than the previous pic in which he appear (maybe is what the effect of the attire plus the wings) and the paws are a little different, not having the toe in the side, still he looks great.
Really quite the eye catcher, both him and his talons.
It could very well be one of my favorite characters now of all you have designed, super attractive and aluring in his own way.

Like the paws i cannot choose because both versións of Rowan brings something to the table and both are fantastic. Been the first bigger and imposing, (which is uncommon in your OCs) and his talons wider in a sense and meaty. And the second more slender, closer to his partner in crime Roy and an avian build.
Come on, dont exagerate, you are going to make me blush >->
About the side toe, first it happens sometimes everyone forget something now and then, so its ok, and abou which one a prefer i cant say because they're diferent paws and they have their own "flavor", so its up to you, both looks good.
