Walking down the empty and dark street, the only noise that could be heard was the sloshing, gurgling, and muffled cries emanating from the femboy plague doctor's stomach. "Oh brave patient." He sighed hugging his belly, "You'll be cured very soon. Just hold on tight for me."

He dropped his belly with a loud sloshy-groan, to the dismay of his prey. "I'm not sick with anything, just please let me go!" His prey resented, squirming even harder. It caught the femboy plague doctor off guard, raising his hands into a shocked expression, trying to stay input as his belly jolted side to side! He gained composure and started to grin. "You're quite a fussy one, brave patient!" He chuckled, rubbing his gut.

His stomach continued to slosh and churn with the poor prey stuck in his fleshy prison. "Please..." whimpered the prey. But the femboy plague doctor didn't care. He began to digest the prey. The prey had no time to scream before meeting his maker.

When he was done digesting, he looked as his thicc butt that had ripped off his shorts. "Oh my, looks like you're cured, brave patient!" He said, looking back at his new big butt, spanking it and then groping it.
