Look at their little nose twitch, aren't they adorable!? They're so NEAT!! Holy fuck, you're so close to them, too, and holy fuck did I mention that they're looking at you!?! <3
And okay, sure, they look kinda angry. But they're not biting you YET, right? That means you could get just a tiiiiny bit closer, right? Everything's fine, they're not moving. You could get just a *micrometer* closer, right?~

Swallow up to his bullshit again. <3 He gets a lot of abuse from bunnies, and it can be frustrating, but he also kind of asks for it :3 He can't stop himself from going riiiiight up to the line, he doesn't want to get scratched up, but he'd rather a bunny be scratching him up than ignoring him >w< It's a compulsion.
He just has no outlet for this energy/fascination. He's in desperate need of a bunny friend or two who'll let him act out this "holy fuck you're a bnuuy!~" obsession every once in a while; he's just attention starved.
If you've been following along with his recent comics (https://aryion.com/g4/view/1054342), maybe Pebble can do that!? She seems to be getting along with him, and a "you cuddle with me, I stop you from getting eaten by predators" arrangement could work really well! Swallow is very good at that. UwU So maybe things will be looking up soon? <3 Provided of course that Swallow doesn't somehow completely and utterly fuck the whole thing up somehow. But he wouldn't do that! Right? Riiiiight? >w<
