Both a New Animal Life request and a non-New Animal Life request.
This is Timmy Turner, Tootie (from Fairly Odd Parents), and their kids, Tammy and Tommy (from the Channel Chasers animated TV movie), as a family of dogs.
In New Animal Life, in the future, Timmy will become a bigger than average Cocker Spaniel, and will rid his signature pink hat and buck teeth. Tootie will rid her glasses and have black fur cover her grey areas, making her a fully fluffy Poodle. The two fully-grown dogs get happily married have started a loving family together with two puppy twins named Tammy and Tommy. While they still have Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof (or Peri) as part of their family, Cosmo and Wanda become the fairies for Hazel Wells. Timmy and Tootie both have successful jobs as video game programmers while being great parents to their kids. Unlike Timmy’s parents, they don’t hire a babysitter and spend plenty of time with their puppies, making their lives happy and not requiring fairies of their own.
In DustinOmniverse, in an alternate universe called Human Pets, an innocent yet mischievous anthro kitty witch casts a spell on humanity that turns them all into feral animals. With anthro animals as the dominate race, they all adopted the human-turned-feral animals as their beloved pets. Timmy and Tootie were turned into dogs and they become the pets of Dudley and Kitty, who are happily married together and work as cops instead of spies.
In an another alternate universe called Doggy Dog World, taking place during Powerpuff Girls "Monkey See, Doggy Do", after Buttercup bites Mojo in the butt and the Anubis Dog Head break, it didn't reverse the spell, only turning Mojo into a dog himself. Since then, Earth has become a planet ruled by dogs forever. Timmy, Tootie, and their kids turned into dogs, like everyone else, and live happy carefree lives together as a loving family.
