A little doodle of a character i have been working on. I was having trouble making her look...well...like a her, so i decided to try out a different style. yes its meant to look like Panty and Stocking and yes i know that series has been ended for a while...im just being fashionably late.


As for the character, she is known as Streamline and is a Parahuman (metahuman or mutant in DC and marvel universes) who has the ability to control light.
