Wellll let's see, which tricks in the animator's toolbag did I use here. Um. Multiple images and aftertraces to make your eye fill out the arc of motion for me, plus some good ol' one-frame overshoot on the legs-apart drawings.

Ohhh, the overshoot technique is a really clever one. I've noticed it before but never knew what it was. Googling lead me to some examples of other animation techniques that I think I'll be forwarding to Sig.
