This week's
Thursday_Prompt had us write a haiku. Poetry really isn't my thing, but I tried my best. We really don't have autumn like the east coast where I live, but my mind drifted to some of the uncharacteristically hot weather we experienced this season (hotter than the actual summer).

Hah I liked it. ^^ There is something nice about ending it with just very kinda declarative Indian Summer, and the very slight air of discontent about it (which I think is obvious with how you used word vengeance, but that Indian Summer at the end feels like having an antagonist in a story). Though maybe I added too much into it. But nonetheless it paints a nice picture in the mind.
