It's unbelievably smooth and the focus of much envy and respect ;P
Then i scan it and then i trace with tablet, sometimes i use the Pen tool for some hard to draw curves, but the whole picture is mostly free hand.
daaaaamn man! you must have the most steady hands in the whole fucking universe!!! it looks as smooth as the pen tool with ALL the lines!
