My very first knife meant entirely for kitchen use! It was made from an old blade off of some piece of farm equipment we no longer had at work. Handle is hickory. It was made as a secret santa gift for one of my buddies who had "kitchen stuff" on his list. I didn't know what kind of cookware he had, but I figured everyone could use a good knife in their kitchen. This is another one I've been informed sees pretty constant use!
