I own a used bookstore. This means I end up with piles and piles of damaged books. So, after my retaining wall was taken out by a snowplow over the winter, I built a new wall out of damaged books!

ALL BOOKS WERE DAMAGED AND DESTINED FOR TRASH. I just made it into a wall instead.
Yep, it's sturdy enough to sit on!

I actually put this in in april, so its been rained on quite a bit now!
The front has sealant applied. The back I'm actually intending to rot out over the course of a year or so. Paper actually rots surprisingly slowly when there's a big mass of it. The soil in that garden is so terrible that this should hopefully improve it some.
