Her water has broken and she has been brought to the Pokemon Center, She is wearing a hospital gown similar to this: [ref] and her Lucario is offscreen, helping her with the process. As the process continues, she is continuously wincing from the contractions, but luckily her newborn Riolus (we won't physically see them in the image) are heavy sleepers, so the recovery process won't be as painful."
