I don’t normally post my crochet here, but this was a very special piece.
This piece was a very special commission for a wonderful person. Their story and the meaning behind the chimera for them was so empowering and meaningful.
They've been fighting cancer for a few years and when they asked me to make them this custom piece and their connection with the chimera I became over joyed and in awe of their story.
Just over a week ago I'm saddened and heartbroken to hear that they have passed on. My heart goes out to their loved ones and I hope that this piece will bring some light to their family and friends during this hard time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all 💖
