Skittychu's older sister whom is a Pika-skitty named Amu, whom is normal color and isn't a shiny at all.

Then of course Skittychu whom is the shiny one in the family beside her father where she gets it from.

Skittychu's twin brother whom is also a skittychu his name is Ikuto. and he is a normal color, and not a shiny like Skittychu.

and their Mother is the Delcatty/Raichu her name is Angel, and of course she is also normal color.

So if Skittychu would evolve she change fur color, and be a shiny Pikachu/Skitty, then if she used a Thunderstone with a Moonstone side by side she'd turn into what her Mom looks like but a Shiny Delicatty/Riachu.
