This is a bit of a vent post.. Some recent happenings in life have me down.. A bit beat, just like this commission. TW for abuse, and mentions of violence.
Aivis stood in his cabin, watching out the window- his shoulder still throbbing from his earlier scuffle. He let out a soft sigh, fogging the glass as he turned away, his ears drooping. "Fuck.." he mumbled as he padded lazily towards his bed. This, wasn't how his day was supposed to be. This wasn't how his life was supposed to turn..
He had it made.. a loving family, a care free life again. Why did it have to vanish without any warning? What could have caused it? Where did he go wrong this time..
All of those thoughts swirled in his head, making his eyes water. He couldn't stand it.. So without saying another word, he laid, watching the ceiling while he let his emotions run free. A mixture of hate, and sorrow filling him to the brim.
He wouldn't let the one who took his life get away with it.. He'd have his revenge, even if it took years. He'd find a way to make the bastard pay. Even in this state, he was a well oiled machine- making plans of how to get even. How to 'settle the score'. He wouldn't lay here and lick his wounds for long.. They say revenge is a dish best served cold? But this cat, likes hot food.
Aivis stood outside of an apartment, dressed in dark leathers, and a large cloak.. concealing many more knives than he'd need for this job. He found where the bastard lived. He wouldn't stand for him to live any longer..
He rushed in the main entry, not caring if he was seen this time. He made his way up three flights of stairs, cloak billowing ominously- His sharp steel blades glinting in the harsh fluorescent lighting as he stopped infront of the door. His ears perking as he heard laughter coming from inside..
He raised his hand and knocked hard three times, his knuckles tingling.. He hadn't meant to do it that rough, but he couldn't stand it. How dare he get to be happy, after what he did.. It won't matter soon, and all will be right..
A canine opened the door, and raised his eyebrow as he looked at the pink cat.. "Yo, whats u--" he started, interrupted as a blade was flung at him, hitting him right in the windpipe, making him flail backwards. His fur already staining crimson as the feline stalked inside, shutting the door.
"Goodbye, mutt." Aivis muttered as he finished the job he came here to do.. But, it was over much too fast.. and all the pain he had, was still there in the end.. Was it truly worth it to end an 'innocent', this way? Aivis couldn't figure it out, and spent many hours waiting inside the apartment as he pondered it.
