A muscular Swampert. I know mudkips are generally considered all cute, but in their last stage of evolution they are pretty badass… Here’s them badass in the buff sense, heh. At least considering Pokémon standards. I really wanted to add those eyebrows. Also a curious note: Notice the tooth like drop in the smile? When editing this together I often had such a zoom that I only saw the drop and it looked like Swampert was sad.

I think out of the three I like him the most.
Yes I think sexual preferance has some to do with it, but he is over all the best looking to me.
The only thing is I know you like doign varying line thicknesses, but I personally think the lines are too thick. And one place is the lines around the pecs, it doesn't look right to me, and it would seem the lines inside the orange oval bumps should be much thinner, like maye three pixel.

Well you don't need to have consistant line thicknesses, maybe just decrease the maximum size you make lines.
The outline work is a very complex thing, some people say all outlines being equal in size is better, some say they need to vary, and some say you shouldn't have outlines at all.
