- If the client intends to use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, publications, etc.), a separate agreement must be negotiated.

5. **Credits**:
- The client agrees to credit the artist when sharing the work online.

6. **Cancellations and Refunds**:
- No refunds or cancellations after payment is sent.

7. **Confidentiality**:
- All information shared during the commission will remain confidential.
