You had just arrived in the capital when a grimy man is a suit of armor jumped out of an alley at you. Instead of mugging you, he quickly pushed a handful of parchment into your hands. Before you could say anything, he disappeared down the alley with the rest of his papers as a trio of guards started running towards you and yelling at you. Already confused, you had no chance to resist as a small hatchling leapt past you, stealing the pages away.
Two of the guards run right past you after the hatchling while the other guard goes down the alley after the man. Left with only a scrap of paper, you make yourself scarce, worried you just unwittingly took the manifesto of some brewing rebellion. Maybe. Hard to tell.
