It would be written "Um die Welt zu sehen" without the "in".
Together it would sound best if it was written "Komm, segel mit mir übers Meer - um die Welt zu sehen" or "Komm, lass uns übers Meer segeln - um die Welt zu sehen" though just without the "in" would already be correct haha
With the "in" you would be suggesting that you are looking inside of it... like a physical globe of the Earth.
