I sorta thought to myself that I should start up a "draw something everyday" challenge for myself because I don't complete picture enough at all. I do a bit of sketching every day. And when it comes to complete pictures, the ones I finish consistently are either commissions or classwork. Which could possibly explain why I'm usually drained when it comes to drawing for myself. Because I don't do it as consistently as I possibly should.
Now this isn't to say that I'm going to be neglecting commissions. This is also for me to practice managing my time better, regaining a love I previously had for art, and to practice speed. I'll be working on commissions simultaneously whether that means completing/working on a sketch, working on coloring/shading, or actually completing one. So please don't worry in that department.
Anyways, this is a jackalope character I adopted from someone on DA (forgot their name). They called it "neon panda" due to it's markings. I thought it was cute! Plus I'm a sucker for the blue and lime green combination.
I'm well aware that on real rabbits their teeth don't stick out! It's just an aesthetic design choice that I tend to like on rodents. ^^;
This guy still needs a name...as do a good majority of the characters that I've adopted and yet never drawn yet. XD
