The Golden Calamity

A long time ago, a great battle occured between 2 brothers. The Dragon of Darkness and the Dragon of Metal fought each others on a battlefield, but the Dragon of Darkness was too strong leaving the Dragon of Metal in desperate situation and when he was about to deliver the finale blow the dearest friend of the Dragon of Metal blocked the attack. Sadly even a dragonknight couldn't survive such a blow, the Dragon of Metal cried the death of his friend who sacrificed himself to save him. His rage grew to the point where his Black colored scales turned into gold, a terrifying amount of magic could be felt in the sky, a red spiral appeared and golden meteors started to fall from the sky. The lose of his friend made the Dragon of Metal loose control and his only thought was "destruction". The nearby kingdoms got destroyed and the Dragon of Darkness also got caught in that attack, he never expected the dragon they called "the weakest" could do such a thing. Those were the last thoughts he got before getting crushed by the attack but even when his enemy was gone the chaos kept going for hours, more and more villages and kingdoms destroyed. But when he finally calmed down it was silent, so silent in fact the only thing he could hear was the wind, but then he looked around him watching the destruction that he caused. Everything changed in his mind when he saw this, "having powers is a curse if you don't know how to use it". He then decided to exile himself and hide, trying to never show up to mortals again out of guilt. But sadly for him it's too late, the World knows what he did and they started hunting down all dragons and the golden price is nobody else then the Dragon who destroyed a continent and they named him "The Golden Calamity".
