Also aren't executions supposed to take place at dawn? Although the palette might signify that the head is fading out because of blood loss. Then it's kind of a cool stylistic choice.
I guess I could've gone with dawn as well. haven't really researched that but thanks ! I'd like to think this was like a... descreet type of killing... like they did it at night so no one would see "this guy" missing. (idk. i can't think of anything else to justify it XD)
