I think the examples are fairly self-explanitory, only one to elaborate on and that would be the ref sheet. As the examples below show, you can have just a clean one, or explicit and clean versions.

I WILL DRAW: Portraits/full body, hetero/gay/lesbian antho porn/yiff, toys, bondage, some micro/macro, messy, tentacles, crossdressing, Mild violence/gore/blood) herm, oral, non pornographic feral, chibi, any other fairly tame thing I've missed :P
I WON'T DRAW: Scat, watersports, vore, inflation, fat (will draw realistic/slightly chubby, nothing madly obese), hyper (will draw 'large' boobs/penis, but not huge), babyfur, snuff, transformation, copyrighted characters (fanart), bestiality, feral yiff (will allow sheath/animal penis on an anthro character).
Note: OC's based on copyrighted characters and in the style of those characters, for example Sonic the Hedgehog, are going to be translated into my own style. I won't attempt to replicate someone else's style.
Note: I'll do my best at feral bodytypes but as you can see from my gallery, anthro is my strength and preference :P
Note: I'm not fantastic at backgrounds, I'll usually lean toward something simple for now and as a result, backgrounds costs won't be overly high.
Note: Some slots I will open for any of the above. At other times when I have other work on, usually fursuits, I'll open specific slot types which will probably be the quicker sketch types, just to ensure that my art isn't going rusty while I'm mainly sewing XD

*Sigh* I wish people would be more open minded on things such as scat, watersports, and baby fur. (Or whatever it's called) I mean you're getting PAID to draw it, right?
I'm getting really tired of searching for things I like, only to find stuff like this and see that you refuse to draw it. So please, if you won't draw certain fetishes, then don't even bother saying it. People probably wouldn't ask you for commissions like those anyway...

For me personally payment is more a perk than a need as I don't support myself through my art earnings, it's just a bit of pocket money, so I don't really have to draw something I am personally uncomfortable with.
I have been asked to draw subject matter outside of what is generally in my gallery before. Stating what an artist will and won't draw is pretty standard procedure in advertising art slots for sale, it does stop a lot of unnecessary noting and disappointment when both artist and commissioner know the terms up-front before applying for slots.

It is easy to say you wish people were more open minded but please keep in mind that Loui is living in Britain, so is bound by British law and that means that a lot of things such as baby fur (if drawn in a pornographic way) can end up with a hefty prison sentence. I know this because My partner has been asked on a few occasions to draw things that are actually illegal to draw here in England, don't forget that in England we have thousands of laws based upon hundreds of years of law and tradition so for us UK furs we need to tread lightly or end up in trouble with the police.
Also if you don't like a subject you have been asked to draw or the content offends/upsets you then you will never do a very good job of it, and lets face it you don’t want a bad commission and an artist doesn’t want to spend hours looking at something they don't like. So to me it makes sense to just say what you will and will not draw, out of interest what is it you wanted drawing so badly that was a no?

Do you know what, I had somewhat forgotten about the Extreme Publications Act. I seem to remember back around 2008 or so they did update it to include a few of the fetishes commonly seen in furry artwork that I could (however unlikely) be prosecuted for. Indeed:

Governments keep making the link between extreme pornography to sex crimes, but I still believe anyone who dosn't have a screw loose anyway knows the line between fantasy and reality. We should still be able to explore ourselves through artistic mediums like art and fiction without the law branding us criminals-in-the-making >:(

^_^ yea it is like i said My partner has been asked to draw a few things now that we could not draw, be it due to the law or just because my partner just didnt want to hehe. We are in the prosses of setting up a T&C + law page now for any and all art drawn by us, but we are going to draw a picture to go with it ^^ then people are more likely to read it than a journal :P.
yea it is one of the tough situations here in the UK, where do we draw the line? because however unlikely it is that we would ever be taken to court over any of our images, we still want to remain above bored and well within the confines of the law ^^ that is even before the moral implacations of some fetishes.
Sadly there are a few cases where people have served time for drawing or wrighting something that is more than a little sick, and as for Cub stuff we decided when we first started this that we would not even draw them in a non sexual way. Who knows in the future for the right person we may draw them a clean cub, but it dose seem VERY unlikely dont want the confusion to be honist ^^
I just think it is a little off to broad side sumone for saying in advance i will not be drawing this this and this, but i guess in the same breath thay probably feel thay are being discrimanated against for likeing something that most people dont.
